このエラーの原因
すでに設定されている名前でリモートを追加しようとしました。リポジトリには 'origin'（または指定した名前）というリモートがすでに存在します。
修正方法
既存のリモートの URL を更新します: git remote set-url origin new-url。または、いったん削除してから追加し直します: git remote remove origin && git remote add origin url。新しいリモートには、別の名前を付けてください。
